Troubleshoot and execute welding repairs on mobile equipment in a manner, which improves the safety, efficiency, and endurance of our fleet. Learn new things and teach others, so that we can improve as individuals and as a team. Perform other functions and duties assigned by the Supervisor while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect KGHM’s values.

A valid Driver’s License.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Welding Trade School, Certifications or equivalent work experience.

Welding and/or cutting skills with: Oxy-Acetylene, SMAW (ARC), FCAW-G (MIG), Plasma, and Air-Carbon Arc Cutting.

The ability to read and understand prints and/or plans and be able to operate all fabrication equipment.

Basic computer skills.

Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including drug and alcohol testing.

Ability to meet the required physical demands, exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.
