We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mini Burger Chef with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in preparing mini burgers (sliders). The ideal candidate must have expertise in patty preparation, portion control, flavor balancing, and high-volume production while maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook mini burgers (veg and non-veg) according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines

Handle patty preparation, seasoning, portioning, and shaping with consistency

Ensure proper cooking temperatures and food safety compliance

Assemble sliders with attention to presentation, garnish, and plating aesthetics

Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and portion size

Manage mise en place and prep ingredients efficiently

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and inform management for replenishment

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations

Support kitchen operations during peak hours and high-volume service

Innovate and suggest new mini burger variations when required
Required Qualifications
