Key Responsibilities

Activity Testing

 Test all 400+ mini-games and learning activities across 59 educational

categories

 Validate gameplay mechanics, controls, scoring systems, and reward

mechanisms

 Ensure activities align with stated learning objectives and age

appropriateness

 Test difficulty progression and adaptive learning features

 Verify visual clarity, audio quality, and animation smoothness

 Validate tutorial flows, hints, and instructional guidance

Content Quality

 Ensure activities are child-friendly, culturally appropriate, and educational

 Test for inappropriate content, language, or imagery

 Validate educational accuracy across subjects: math, language, science, arts,

social skills

 Test engagement factors: fun quotient, challenge level, completion rates

 Verify character interactions and storytelling elements align with TMKOC

brand

Category Coverage

 Systematic testing across multiple intelligence categories: linguistic, logical-

mathematical, spatial, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal,

naturalistic

 Test cross-category learning progression and skill building

 Validate activity recommendations and personalization features

Technical Validation

 Test touch responsiveness, gesture controls, and input accuracy

 Verify activity loading times, transitions, and resource management

 Test activities across different device types and screen orientations

 Ensure proper error handling and recovery mechanisms

 Validate data saving, progress tracking, and achievement unlocking

Required Skills

Gaming & Education Expertise

 2+ years of QA testing experience in gaming, educational apps, or children's

content

 Deep understanding of child development, age-appropriate content, and

learning psychology

 Experience testing interactive gameplay mechanics and user engagement

features

 Knowledge of educational technology and learning outcome validation

Testing Capabilities

 Systematic approach to testing large volumes of similar yet unique content

 Ability to create and maintain detailed test matrices for 400+ activities

 Experience documenting gameplay issues with clear reproduction steps

 Understanding of game balance, difficulty curves, and player motivation

Technical Knowledge

 Familiarity with game engines: Unity, Unreal, or similar platforms

 Understanding of interactive media: animations, sound design, visual

feedback

 Experience with video recording and screen capture for bug documentation

 Basic understanding of game analytics and user behavior metrics

Additional Skills (Preferred)

AI-Powered Learning

 Experience testing adaptive learning systems and personalized content

recommendations

 Understanding of AI-driven difficulty adjustment and skill assessment

 Knowledge of testing machine learning models for educational content

classification

 Familiarity with AI content generation and moderation for child safety

API & Data Validation

 Experience testing activity data APIs: progress tracking, scores,

achievements

 Understanding of data synchronization across devices

 Ability to test backend services supporting gameplay features

 Knowledge of testing analytics events and user behavior tracking APIs

Content Creation

 Background in education, child psychology, or curriculum design

 Understanding of multiple intelligence theory and differentiated learning

 Experience evaluating educational content quality and learning outcomes

 Ability to provide feedback on activity design and improvement opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
