Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled MIS Analyst to manage, analyze, and automate business reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate should be proficient in JavaScript, Google App Script, Advanced Excel, and Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills to support business decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Automate manual reporting processes using Google App Script / JavaScript for efficiency.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to generate insights for management.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Create and maintain data visualization dashboards for business performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations) to gather requirements and provide customized reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting or script automation issues.
• Manage database connections and integrate Google Sheets with other business tools (APIs, CRMs, ERPs, etc.).
• Support in ad-hoc data analysis and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
• Hands-on experience in Google Sheets (Formulas, Query functions, Data validation).
• Proficiency in Google App Script / JavaScript for automation and workflow optimization.
• Experience with API integration in Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of data management, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as MIS Executive / Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst.
• Prior experience in report automation and dashboard development is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Accuracy & timeliness of MIS reports.
• Level of automation achieved in reporting.
• User satisfaction with reports/dashboards.
• Reduction in manual reporting efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
