MIS Analyst

Role Overview
We are hiring an MIS Analyst to support our Growth Sales teams with reporting, data management, and business tracking. You’ll handle daily reporting across lead generation, sales, payments, customer engagement, and other critical growth metrics.
This role is ideal for freshers or early career professionals with strong Excel skills and a keen interest in business reporting analytics. You'll work from our Bangalore office directly with business leaders.
CTC - 3 - 3.6 LPA
Location - Hybrid, Bangalore [Dollars Colony, R.M.V, Bangalore]
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain daily, weekly monthly MIS reports across sales, leads, payments, and growth KPIs
- Build Excel / Google Sheets reports using advanced formulas, pivots, lookups, conditional formatting, etc.
- Clean, verify, and ensure data accuracy across CRM, marketing platforms, and business dashboards
- Maintain trackers for sales incentives, payouts, and business targets
- Handle ad-hoc reporting needs for business reviews and leadership meetings
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, CRM, and finance teams for smooth reporting workflows
Key Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in MIS reporting / data operations / sales operations / business support
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, macros preferred)
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail with ability to manage large datasets
- Basic comfort with Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Drive)
- Strong communication coordination skills
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate (This is a full-time office role)
Good to Have (Optional Skills)
- Exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce etc.)
- Basic SQL understanding
- Prior experience in healthcare, fintech or growth-stage startups
