Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modelling.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work closely with top management.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS & Data Management (40%)
- Develop, maintain, and optimize MIS dashboards and reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection, validation, and consolidation.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth data flow.
- Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports for management.
2. Financial Analysis & Reporting (40%)
- Analyze financial performance, including revenues, expenses, profitability, and variances.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare financial models and presentations for management reviews.
- Track operational performance and highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Assist in cost analysis, expense control, and project-based financial tracking.
- Work closely with the finance team for reconciliations, audits, and compliance needs.
3. Executive Assistant Responsibilities (20%)
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and internal communication.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and internal meetings.
- Handle confidential documents and ensure proper documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection, validation, and consolidation.
