Desired Candidate Profile:

• Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM & MIS Executive to join our team. This role involves managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and generating Management Information System (MIS) reports to support decision-making. You will ensure that CRM processes are efficient, monitor customer interactions, and analyze data to improve customer retention. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating accurate and insightful reports to help optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure data integrity and improve customer relationships.
• Track and analyze customer data, identifying trends to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Generate detailed MIS reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor CRM system performance and implement necessary upgrades or changes.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in CRM management and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Reviewing, authorizing and recommending leads.

· You will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling meeting.
