Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance advanced Excel models and dashboards

Analyze customer feedback and behavior data to generate actionable insights and reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Customer Experience

Support team members by promoting Excel best practices and data handling standards
