Job Summary: Responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational and business data to support decision-making. Ensures accuracy of data, prepares dashboards, and coordinates with internal teams to maintain seamless information flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and verify data from multiple departments.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools with updated information.
• Analyze trends, identify data gaps, and provide actionable insights.
• Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency using Excel, Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with operations and management for data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of reports.
• Support management with ad-hoc analysis and presentations.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
• Good understanding of data management and reporting techniques.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets.
• Fast learner with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

Qualifications: Any Degree.
