MIS Executive / Analyst

Role Overview:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support

business decision-making. The role requires proficiency in data management, report

automation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of

reports.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reporting

 Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various sources (sales, operations, HR,

finance, etc.).

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with accuracy.

 Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor key performance metrics.

 Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and errors, and take corrective action.

2. Automation & Efficiency

 Develop Excel-based dashboards, pivot tables, and charts for quick insights.

 Use advanced Excel features (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, etc.) for data

analysis.

 Create and maintain macros/VBA scripts to automate repetitive reporting tasks.

3. Business Analysis

 Analyze trends, variances, and performance across departments.

 Provide actionable insights to management for process optimization.

 Support leadership in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.

4. Cross-functional Coordination

 Liaise with internal teams (HR, Finance, Operations) to gather data.

 Support decision-making by providing timely and accurate reports.

 Present reports and findings to senior management in an understandable format.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Graduate in Commerce / Statistics / Business Administration / Computer Science

(preferred).

 2–5 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis / Reporting roles.

 Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query,

Macros/VBA).

 Working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an added advantage.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

 Ability to handle large datasets and work under tight deadlines.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,653.27 - ₹38,723.16 per month
