MIS Executive / E-commerce Reporting Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive / E-commerce Reporting Analyst to manage sales reporting and monitor brand performance across leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong reporting, data cleaning, and dashboard-building capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Brand Growth Reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Track and analyse daily sales performance for multiple brands across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Use advanced Excel tools including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, Conditional Formatting, and other analytical functions.
• Validate, clean, and organise raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency before report preparation.
• Monitor sales trends, growth patterns, brand KPIs, and marketplace performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights to support business decisions.
• Assist in automation of recurring reports and optimisation of existing spreadsheets.
• Coordinate closely with the e-commerce team to understand brand goals and performance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, Data Cleaning, Formatting).
• Good hands-on experience with Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, sharing controls).
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and their seller dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• High attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
• Understanding of sales metrics, reporting standards, and data accuracy protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an e-commerce, MIS, or reporting-focused role.
• Ability to handle large datasets and work with automated or semi-automated reports.
• Knowledge of marketplace reporting tools or analytics dashboards is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
