The MIS Manager will be responsible for managing and improving our organization’s information systems, with a focus on ERP/SAP. This role includes system administration, reporting, data analysis, user support, and strategic IT planning. The ideal candidate will drive process automation, improve data accuracy, and ensure ERP systems align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of ERP/SAP systems.
- Lead the implementation, integration, and upgrades of ERP/SAP modules across departments.
- Analyze business processes and provide ERP-based solutions for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful ERP/SAP deployment and maintenance.
- Design and generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users across departments.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and backup procedures are maintained.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements through technology.
- Stay up to date with ERP/SAP developments, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MIS, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP/SAP management.
- Proven track record in ERP implementation, configuration, and user support.
- Experience in data analysis, database management, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Crystal Reports, SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- ERP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
