MIS Manager

Key Responsibilities1. MIS Development & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present KPIs and business metrics.
• Create automated reporting systems for timely and accurate information distribution.

2. Data Management & Database Administration

• Design and implement data management systems, databases, and data warehouses.
• Work with large datasets to perform extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Maintain documentation of MIS systems, data processes, and procedures.

3. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyse data trends and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Recommend actionable, data-driven solutions across business functions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and security.

4. Sales MIS Support

• Collaborate with Sales teams for weekly MIS reviews.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to support strategy building.
• Develop sales performance dashboards and identify opportunities for growth.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Facilitate data sharing and integration across departments.
• Provide user training on MIS tools and reporting systems.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to support data-driven decisions.

6. Management Reporting

• Present monthly insights to senior management.
• Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting performance, trends, and improvement areas.
• Offer strategic recommendations backed by analytical findings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, or related domain.
• Strong knowledge of DBMS, data warehousing, and BI tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (mandatory), Tableau, and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹900,000.37 - ₹1,000,317.00 per month
