TeReSol Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced MIS/Network Technician to join our technical team. If you have a strong background in networking and IT support with hands-on experience in system management and troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!

Eligibility Criteria:
* DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Computer, Information Technology, Electrical, or Electronics.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in networking, system support, and hardware troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
* Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Monitor system performance and ensure network security and data protection.
* Assist with MIS (Management Information System) operations and reporting.
* Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT systems.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and installations.

Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and internet connectivity.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
* Experience with Windows/Linux environments.
* Familiarity with IP addressing, cabling, and basic server configurations.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
