Job Summary:
- Review the production plan (commercial Launch & Filling – API Planning)
- Review the Raw material plan (commercial Launch & Filling – API Planning)
- Review the Intermediates availability from the interplants (commercial Launch & Filling – API Planning)
- Ensuring the DRP, APO and MRP process
- Finalizing the budget activity
- Product availability for DF and Marketing
- Chronic Supply Issues Resolution
- Long Range Capacity Planning
- Site Transfer- API & Intermediate
- Monitoring the Key Supply chain metrics and corrective action (DCS, Inventory, OTIF, forecast fidelity, Forecast accuracy)
- SCM Lead for Cost Reduction, Site Transfer, AVD, Product Internalization Plans
- Inventory optimization (Norm’s finalization and the liquidation of non-moving inventory)
- Daily report and S&OP governance.
Key responsibilities:
- Capacity Planning & Capacity Effective Utilization and Mapping of the budget
- Production planning and scheduling
- Material planning and scheduling
- Business Continuity – De risking Plan (OS to IH, IH to OS), AVD Plan Implementation
- Site Transfer- API & Intermediate
- APO cycle Run: DRP >> NPR>>RCCP >> MRP >> PR review & release.
- Stock allocation File updating and tracking the D vs C, C vs S.
- Demand Fidelity (Captive, Filling, Launch & Marketing)
- NPL, Filling & Query Batches Supply management
- SCM Process maturity - Norms Setting, Cost to Serve, Planning Master Data Controller
- Chronic Supply Issues Resolution (Captive & Market)
- Data management and support for the S&OP process.
- Daily / Weekly MIS report review & take necessary action.
