Job Brief:

We are looking for an MIS Coordinator with strong expertise in Excel, reporting, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate sector (preferred) and be able to manage data efficiently to support management decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform recovery tracking and follow-up analysis (receivables, outstanding aging, collections).
  • Prepare and monitor CAM invoicing and related reports.
  • Develop, update, and manage dashboards for management review.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting as required by management.
  • Track and report project inventory (sold, unsold, reserved units).
  • Analyze performance data and highlight trends, variances, and risks.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of all reports.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) for data validation.
  • Improve MIS processes, reporting formats, and data controls.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business Administration / Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Real estate sector experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong command over MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables,data analysis).
  • Experience in reporting and dashboard development.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in tools such as: MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Looker Studios, MS Word, MS Power Point.
