Position Overview
The
MIS Specialist / Analyst
will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data related to automotive spare parts pricing. This role plays a key part in supporting the pricing and business planning teams by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining pricing systems, and providing actionable insights to drive profitability and competitiveness.
The position requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to generate accurate and timely reports that support decision-making across multiple business functions.
Main Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting

Maintain and update pricing databases, ERP, and MIS tools with accurate and consistent data.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports (e.g., pricing performance, margin analysis, inventory movement).

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and standardization across systems.

Prepare executive presentations for management and dealer meetings.
Pricing Analytics

Analyze sales trends, cost variations, and market factors affecting pricing.

Support the pricing of distributor spot/bulk orders to ensure market alignment and profitability.

Monitor key pricing KPIs, including gross margins, revenue impact of price changes, and discount utilization.

Provide analytical insights to optimize pricing strategies.
System Administration

Manage and enhance pricing tools, ERP systems, and BI dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Automate recurring reports and streamline data visualization processes.
-
Collaborate with IT and SCM teams to ensure system functionality and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Aftersales, Business Planning, and Marketing teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Provide analytical and operational support to internal stakeholders and distributors.

Ensure timely response to distributor spot/bulk order inquiries and special pricing requests.

Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and inventory data for automotive parts.

Maintain and develop MIS dashboards and performance metrics to track sales, fulfillment, and inventory health.

Prepare ad-hoc analyses on market trends, customer demand, and product performance.

Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain process documentation.

Qualifications

sectors).
