The Misk Schools Co-op Training Program provides structured, practical training opportunities across our our divisions and departments. The program aims to bridge academic knowledge with real workplace experience, helping trainees build essential professional skills while contributing to impactful projects. At Misk Schools, we are committed to strengthening Saudi talent pipelines in alignment with Vision 2030.

We are currently seeking a motivated Receptionist Trainee to join our Misk Schools Team.

What You Will Learn:

• Develop expertise in V-VIP reception protocols and professional communication, ensuring a premium and welcoming environment that reflects our school’s excellence.
• Gain hands-on experience with school management systems ( iSAMS & Noor ), manage attendance data, and support faculty/parent scheduling.
• Collaborate with Security for student arrivals/dismissals and partner with Facility Management to maintain the excellence of our public areas
• Learn emergency evacuation protocols and provide administrative assistance to the school health office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Saudi Final-year university student (Co-op training must be a graduation requirement).
• Major of Tourism, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Arabic & Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
