Job Overview

We are hiring a Mission Control Associate to support service operations for an autonomous ride-hailing fleet in Las Vegas. This role is based in the service operations command center and focuses on monitoring trips, managing fleet activity, and responding to service disruptions in real time.

This position is suited for candidates with strong communication and problem-solving skills who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Experience in operations, dispatch, customer support, or autonomous vehicle environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily commercial service operations from the command center
• Complete pre-mission startup checklists to ensure operational readiness
• Monitor fleet activity and ensure trips run safely and efficiently
• Serve as the first point of contact for basic vehicle troubleshooting
• Create and escalate service disruption events through internal ticketing systems
• Dispatch fleet response crews when vehicles require recovery
• Coordinate updates with cross-functional teams
• Manage market configurations, including restricted areas and hours of operation
• Assist with documentation and process improvements

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with multiple software tools
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in real time
• Proactive and resourceful mindset
• Ability to work independently in a structured operations environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in autonomous vehicle operations
• Background in customer support, dispatch, or fleet operations
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Technical background or familiarity with troubleshooting workflows

Schedule Options

• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Thursday–Monday)
• 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Thursday–Monday)
• 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Friday–Tuesday)

Training may be conducted Monday–Friday prior to assignment to a standard shift.
