Primary Travel Hub: Midland–Odessa International Air & Space Port (MAF)

Company: GCON

Build the Infrastructure Powering the AI Revolution

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Administrator to join a high-impact data center construction project in West Texas. This is not your typical office-based role—this project sits at the forefront of critical infrastructure development, supporting the digital backbone that powers everything from cloud computing to AI. You’ll be part of a team building a facility that plays a direct role in shaping how data is stored, processed, and delivered at scale. It’s fast-paced, highly coordinated work with real, tangible impact.

What makes this opportunity especially unique is its setting. Located in a remote area of West Texas, this is a fully on-site role where the project site becomes your day-to-day environment. The location offers a focused, immersive work experience alongside a close-knit team. To support your transition to this unique project environment, GCON offers assistance to help make arrangements such as housing and relocation as smooth as possible, allowing you to focus on contributing to a meaningful, large-scale build.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the construction industry while gaining hands-on experience in a large-scale, technically complex build. If you’re ready to take on a role that offers both challenge and career growth in a unique environment, we’d love to hear from you.
