You will work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Revenue, Sales, F&B, and contribute to the overall success of hotel s digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Digital campaign support: assist in planning, execution, and tracking of digital campaigns across different channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.
  • Brand.com and online channels management: Update and maintain hotel websites and online channels; respond to guest reviews, creating a positive relationship through online reputation platforms.
  • Support digital initiatives: collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing assets, and coordinate with external partners.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and present findings to the commercial team, providing actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Assist in market research: Identify industry and digital trends; research competitor activities, recommend best practices to continually improve digital marketing efforts
