As a Vehicle Buyer, you'll help shape our inventory strategy by sourcing high-quality vehicles and ensuring they're ready for the sales floor. Compensation & Schedule

• Estimated compensation between $75,000 and $100,000 per year.
  
• Full-time schedule with opportunities for advancement

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Inventory Manager to determine inventory strategy and desired stocking levels
  
• Acquire vehicles for inventory through online and in-person auctions
  
• Monitor new purchasing sources and explore alternative acquisition opportunities
  
• Confirm vehicle status and lot locations within Tekion, making updates as needed
  
• Create reconditioning plans for acquired vehicles and coordinate transportation logistics
  
• Manage ReconTRAC approvals and adjustments to support efficient vehicle flow
  
• Collaborate with the Pricing Analyst to ensure accurate pricing
  
• Inspect vehicles returning from the Reconditioning Center and communicate repair needs
  
• Wear required safety eyewear and approved footwear in all service areas

• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Strong understanding of retail and wholesale vehicle markets
  
• Ability to make fast, informed financial decisions under tight timelines
  
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
