As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and skilled MMA Coach to join our team—someone who can inspire members, deliver exceptional training, and support daily operations while contributing to the academy’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Martial Arts Coaching

• Develop and deliver structured MMA training sessions for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners
• Conduct group classes for both kids and adults
• Provide one-on-one coaching and personalized feedback to enhance technique, performance, and overall fitness
• Prepare athletes for competitions while ensuring safety and performance standards are met
• Stay up to date with MMA techniques, trends, and best practices
• Teach a variety of martial arts disciplines, tailored to different skill levels

Administrative Duties

• Manage member registrations, inquiries, and payments
• Track and maintain attendance records for classes and sessions
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and visitors
• Support day-to-day operational requirements as needed

Qualifications

Experience:

• Proven MMA coaching experience with a strong background in combat sports such as Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, or Kickboxing
• Prior administrative or front-desk experience is an advantage

Certifications:

• Relevant coaching certifications or recognized martial arts belts are highly desirable
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and scheduling systems
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Must be willing to relocate to Mirdif

Package

• AED 3,000–4,000 per month
• Commission on Personal Training
• Residency Visa
