Mixologist / Senior Bartender / Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Mixologist / Senior Bartender to lead our bar operations, craft exceptional beverages, and provide memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate combines expert knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails with strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Crafting & Service

• Create, innovate, and serve high-quality cocktails, beverages, and signature drinks.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all drink offerings.
• Advise guests on drink selections and pairings with menu items.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service according to regulations.

2. Bar Operations & Management

• Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to ensure availability of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior bartenders and bar staff.

3. Guest Experience & Relationship Management

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and attention to detail.

4. Creativity & Marketing

• Develop seasonal or promotional drinks and collaborate on beverage menus.
• Participate in events, tastings, and bar promotions to enhance brand reputation.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain proper handling of equipment, glassware, and ingredients.
• Follow all licensing and legal requirements for serving alcohol.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience in high-end bars, lounges, or hotels; experience as a Mixologist preferred.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity and passion for crafting unique drink experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak service times.
• Relevant certifications in bartending, mixology, or alcohol service are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼1,500.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
