Mkt Manager Operating Room Business

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
Responsible for market-wide business oversight of operating room and procedural service lines across
nine facilities within the Management Market. This includes coordinating capital budgets and
acquisitions, optimizing purchasing and contracts, recommending chargemaster changes, and
performing financial and operational analysis to support program development across multiple
perioperative departments. Provides system-level support, leadership, and standardization across five
ELTs and all operating rooms in the market.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience

1-2 years leadership/management experience required.
Prior experience in healthcare operational management
within the operating room or similar complex
healthcare environment required.
Leadership experience collaborating with physicians and team
cross several hospitals; able to present to senior-level audiences

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience supporting multiple facilities, service lines, or a

distributed operational model is preferred
