We are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as an MMA Coach — someone who can inspire, train, and manage day-to-day operations effectively while contributing to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

MMA Coaching

• Develop and deliver structured MMA training sessions tailored to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and personalized feedback to improve members' techniques and fitness.
• Prepare athletes for competitions and ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
• Stay updated on MMA techniques, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to teach a variety of Martial arts tailored to all skills and teach group classes for kids and adults,

Administrative Duties

• Manage member registrations, inquiries, and payments.
• Track and maintain attendance records for classes and sessions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven MMA coaching experience with a strong background in combat sports (e.g., boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing). Prior administrative experience is a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant coaching certifications or martial arts belts are highly desirable. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and scheduling tools.
• Must be willing to relocate in Mirdif

Package

• 3,000-3,500 AED/month
• Commission on Personal Training
• Residency Visa
