mmediate Opening: 3D Architectural Designer

• Collaborate with senior architects, interior designers, and project managers to produce comprehensive 3D design solutions for both interior and exterior environments.
• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Create high-quality renderings and visual presentations with V-Ray, Lumion, and Chaos Vantage to effectively convey design intent to clients and stakeholders.
• Design interior layouts and exterior compositions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with project standards and regulations.
• Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining exceptional design and technical quality.
• Continuously research and apply emerging trends, technologies, and software tools to enhance architectural visualization and design processes.
