MNR And container trading

• Source containers for purchase (20’/40’/HC) from local market, depots, shipping lines, traders, and leasing partners.
• Sell containers to customers/traders and achieve monthly sales/profit targets.
• Maintain daily buy/sell price sheet and track market trends.
• Negotiate purchase/sale rates, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Inspect container condition (CW / WWT / AS-IS) and ensure match with buyer requirement.
• Gate-in / gate-out
• Survey / repair estimates (if needed)
• Lift-on/lift-off and handling charges
• Manage all documentation: sales invoice, purchase record, EIR, release order, CNIC/NTN (if required), and payment confirmations.
• Ensure stock accuracy: container numbers, condition, location, ownership status.
• Coordinate trucking and customer delivery timelines.
• Resolve disputes regarding condition, damages, shortages, delivery delays.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and avoid fraud risks (verification of container numbers, ownership, and depot records).
• Prepare weekly reports: stock position, profit margin per unit, pending payments, receivables/payables

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
