Position Overview
We are seeking a Mobile App Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. You will focus on driving app installs, engagement, and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Execute and optimize mobile app install campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Manage budgets to maximize ROAS and minimize CPI
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, and deep linking
- Optimize for post-install events: registrations, purchases, subscriptions, retention
Analytics & Attribution
- Use AppsFlyer or similar MMPs to track attribution and analyze user behavior
- Implement deep linking and attribution models
- Monitor KPIs: CPI, CPA, retention, ARPU, LTV, ROI
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance
Creative Development
- Create mobile-first ad creatives: app preview videos, playable ads, vertical formats
- Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data
- Test and optimize app store assets in coordination with ASO
Optimization & Scaling
- Monitor campaigns and make real-time optimizations
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency
- Implement SDK integration, conversion tracking, and event mapping
- Stay current with platform updates and privacy changes ATT, SKAdNetwork)
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 24 years managing mobile app performance campaigns with proven results
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and TikTok Ads
- Analytics: Proficiency with AppsFlyer or similar MMPs
- App Marketing: Understanding of mobile app funnel, user acquisition, and ASO
- Creative Skills: Experience with mobile-first content creation (vertical videos, playable ads)
- Technical: Familiarity with SDK integration, mobile tracking, and deep linkingMobile App Performance Marketing Specialist1
- Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills focused on mobile metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications
- Experience with iOS and Android app marketing
- Knowledge of mobile privacy frameworks ATT, SKAdNetwork)
- Understanding of ASO and mobile retention campaigns
- Experience with Apple Search Ads or other mobile ad platforms
