Mobile Developer – Full-Time

About the Role

Tabiat is seeking a skilled Mobile Developer to help build the future of digital healthcare. You’ll be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.

You’ll work on secure, performance-optimized apps that integrate with our backend systems, delivering polished experiences for patients and clinicians. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving requirements.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Islamabad. You’ll collaborate closely with our product and design teams, participate in daily standups, and play a key role in shaping how patients and doctors experience our platform.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy production-ready mobile applications using Flutter (Dart, Java, Swift).
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and databases.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of apps.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in agile planning and daily standups (Linear, Jira).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Debug, optimize, and resolve issues in existing apps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2 or more years of experience in mobile app development.
• Strong proficiency with Flutter for both Android and iOS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database integration.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with Git and Jira (or similar version control and project tools).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
