Android Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Android Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building Android applications using Kotlin and Android Studio, with a strong interest in mobile app development and learning modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality Android applications
• Collaborate with the design and backend teams to implement app features
• Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and RESTful integrations
• Debug, test, and optimize app performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Kotlin code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to app architecture discussions
• Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Android development
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, XML, and Android SDK
• Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with MVVM architecture and Jetpack components is a plus
• Understanding of Play Store publishing process
• Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time with the development team
