• Excellent understanding of iOS/Android UX patterns and App Store / Play Store

• Leadership experience guiding a remote or cross-functional team; strong communication

• Expo (managed workflow) and EAS build experience.
• Node.js API familiarity (to collaborate effectively with backend teams).
• Advanced UI/graphics work (e.g., maps/GPS, charts, OpenGL/Canvas, animation-heavy

• Experience in fintech, loyalty, e-commerce, delivery/logistics, gaming or high-traffic

• PostgreSQL knowledge and data modelling awareness (helpful for end-to-end thinking).

• You sweat the details (pixel-perfect UI, clean diffs, reusable components, and consistent

• You are pragmatic: you choose the simplest architecture that will scale, and you know

• You ship reliably: predictable delivery, clear risk management, and high-quality releases.
• You can defend your technical decisions and document trade-offs.

• Links to shipped apps (App Store / Google Play) and/or GitHub/portfolio.
• A brief note on your most complex React Native project and what you owned end-to-end.
