We are hiring a reliable, experienced dog handler to operate our mobile dog gym (Sprinter van) and provide professional dog walking services throughout South Tampa. This role includes both treadmill sessions inside our air-conditioned mobile gym and traditional neighborhood dog walks. Most shifts include a mix of both services.

Schedule

• 17-25 hours per week
• Must be available weekdays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekend availability as needed
• Company vehicle pickup/drop-off in South Tampa (33606)

Pay

• $15/hr during 30-day training (no tips)
• $17/hr + tips after training

Requirements

• Prior professional dog handling experience (required)
• Comfortable with all breeds and sizes
• Clean driving record (required)
• Comfortable driving a larger vehicle (Sprinter van experience a plus)
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for commuting
• Able to work independently
• Confident using GPS and smartphone apps

Physical Requirements

• Walk 5–8 miles per shift
• Work outdoors in Florida weather
• Lift/control dogs up to 70+ lbs
• Step in/out of a van throughout the day
