Mobile & Electronics Repair Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile & Electronics Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other consumer electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in mobile phones and electronic devices using appropriate tools and testing methods.
• Repair hardware issues such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repairs, speaker/mic repairs, and motherboard-level troubleshooting.
• Perform software installation, updates, backups, and troubleshooting (Android/iOS/Windows).
• Replace defective components and ensure proper functioning after repair.
• Conduct device testing before and after service to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of repairs, parts used, and device history.
• Ensure safe handling of tools, spare parts, and electrostatic-sensitive components.
• Provide clear communication and technical support to customers when required.
• Keep the workspace organized and follow company safety standards.
• Stay updated with new models, tools, and repair techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in repairing mobile phones, tablets, and electronic devices.
• Good knowledge of hardware components, circuits, and software systems.
• 1–3 years of experience in mobile/electronics repair.
