Mobile Gas Engineer

ROLE: Mobile Gas Engineer HOURS: 40 hours per week LOCATION: Regional recruitment – Sevenoaks (Kent) with travel across BN/RH; engineers to live within ME, TN or CT postcodes At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Mobile Gas Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards across our client sites, meeting SLA commitments while adhering to planned and reactive maintenance schedules.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, reactive and emergency maintenance on gas appliances and associated systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs within contractual timescales to minimise disruption.
• Support associated plumbing and basic electrical maintenance activities as required.
• Complete all documentation, certification and records accurately and on time.
• Monitor subcontractors on site and issue permits for small works when required.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• City & Guilds Level II/III (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Commercial gas qualifications including COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1 and CORT1.
• Experience working on HVAC systems, including air handling units.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and safe systems of work.
• Basic electrical knowledge and proven plumbing experience.
