Role: Mobile HVAC Engineer - Multiskilled
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Location: London, W1K 7DA

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC (Refrigeration) bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.

Role Responsibilities:

• You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client. Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
• You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
• To maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.
• Be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights, are available to join a call out rota, and hold a full UK driving license.

Required Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
• You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
