Mobile Medical Scribe

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mobile Medical Scribe to support the healthcare provider by accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time, approximately 8 to 16hours a week. This requires the flexibility to meet the provider at various locations were patients reside. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, combined with adaptability, excellent transcription skills and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. As a Mobile Medical Scribe, you will play a vital role in enhancing clinical efficiency, ensuring precise medical documentation, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe detailed clinical notes during patient examinations, ensuring accuracy and completeness in real-time.
• Collaborate closely with physician to facilitate seamless documentation of patient histories, physical exams, and treatment plans.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to input, update, and manage patient data securely.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and institutional policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency procedures to accurately capture complex clinical information.
• Support healthcare provider by reducing documentation burdens, allowing provider to focus on patient interaction and care delivery.
• Adapt to various senior assisted and independent living facilities, personal residences while maintaining professionalism and efficiency at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
