We are seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Gas Engineer to deliver commercial gas, heating, combustion and building services engineering maintenance across a designated region, supporting a diverse portfolio of client properties.

The role covers commercial and domestic gas and HVAC systems, with responsibility for fault finding, repair, servicing and installation activities.

Job Description

We are looking for an engineer who is committed to delivering a world-class building services maintenance offering, operating safely, compliantly and in line with ISS technical standards, while contributing to account and segment performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance for commercial and domestic gas, heating and HVAC systems
  • Carry out fault finding, repairs, servicing and installation works across client sites
  • Ensure compliance with ISS technical policies, procedures and Safe Systems of Work
  • Contribute to achievement of relevant account, segment or country technical KPIs
  • Complete works in line with strict Health & Safety requirements, including risk assessments and method statements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Act as a professional representative of ISS when engaging with customers and stakeholders
  • Support a world-class building services maintenance provision across the region

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Qualifications

Commercial Gas Qualifications, including Commercial Core Safety:

  • COCN1 or CODNC1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1

Domestic Core Gas Qualifications:

  • CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1
  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or a related mechanical engineering discipline
  • Gas Safe Registered
  • IPAF / PASMA
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Experience

  • Experience delivering commercial gas, combustion and heating maintenance, including fault finding, maintenance and installation
  • Proven experience in reactive and PPM building services maintenance
  • Experience working within FM or building services environments in commercial properties
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements
