Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join a fun and dynamic team in a mobile phlebotomy setting. The Phlebotomist will serve as a shining example of superior customer service and professionalism, performing skilled specimen collections and serving as the face of the company.

This is a PRN position. We cannot promise consistent full time or part time work. Our schedule of events depends entirely on client orders, which can vary significantly by location and time of year. We will contact you when an event is scheduled in your area, and you can choose whether you are available to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform blood collections via venipuncture
  • Ensure all blood specimens are properly labeled and documented
  • Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
  • Maintain patient and specimen information logs
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
  • Travel to additional sites as required
  • Handle specimens with accuracy and ensure timely processing for lab testing

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Phlebotomy certification or equivalent (e.g. medical assistant, paramedic, nurse, or military medic) from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 1 year of active blood draw experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to interact with patients of all ages in a compassionate and professional manner
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for at least 4 hours, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain a professional and clean appearance

Travel Expectations:
This position requires periodic travel to multiple states and cities. Travel may include both air and ground transportation to designated locations. Candidates must be comfortable managing travel logistics and handling specimen drop offs at local shipping sites.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location:
In person; on the road

Pay: $25.00 per hour
