Mobile Phlebotomist

PSC Dx Clinical Lab is seeking a skilled and compassionate Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team in Downers Grove, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, ensuring accuracy in specimen labeling, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires excellent patient interaction skills, attention to detail, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to different locations (homes, offices, clinics) to collect blood samples.
• Perform venipuncture and other blood collection techniques with precision and care.
• Ensure proper identification and labeling of samples.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and samples collected.
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure a comfortable and positive experience.
• Handle and transport samples according to company protocols.
• Maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

• Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent.
• Minimum of [2] years of phlebotomy experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing high-quality care.

Pay: $80.00 - $144.00 per day
