Mobile Phone Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mobile Phone Technician (Chip-Level Expert) to join our team at Future Bytes Computer Trading LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile phones, tablets, and smart gadgets, including advanced chip-level repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair issues related to smartphones (hardware & software).
• Perform chip-level repairs including IC replacement, soldering, board-level diagnostics, and micro-soldering.
• Handle repairs such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port issues, water damage, etc.
• Troubleshoot software problems including flashing, unlocking, and OS installation.
• Repair and service tablets, smartwatches, and other smart devices as needed.
• Maintain proper records of repairs, parts used, and turnaround time.
• Ensure all repairs are carried out with precision and meet company quality standards.
• Assist customers with technical queries and provide professional advice.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong expertise in chip-level repairs (board-level troubleshooting, soldering, IC replacement).
• Excellent knowledge of both Android and iOS devices.
• Ability to use advanced repair tools and equipment with accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)
