senior Level 2 phone technician

Key ResponsibilitiesSenior Level 2 phone technicians are expected to perform the following tasks:

  • Cover/Housing change with a minimum of 12 devices per day with no issues and pass all Quality control and checks.
  • Advanced Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems in mobile devices.
  • Component-Level Repair: Perform intricate repairs such as replacing ICs (Integrated Circuits), baseband issues, and Face ID components. This often involves micro-soldering techniques, a skill that goes beyond simple module replacements like screens or batteries.
  • Escalation Handling: Review issues escalated from Level 1 support, conduct an in-depth analysis, and provide comprehensive solutions or escalate to Level 3 support if necessary.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality standards of workmanship and perform quality checks on repaired devices.
  • Documentation and Training: Maintain detailed records of repairs and resolutions, and sometimes train Level 1 support staff on common issues.
  • Software Expertise: Handle advanced software configurations, flashing, FRP (Factory Reset Protection) removal, and data recovery, in addition to hardware repairs.

Pay: From AED2,700.00 per month
