Mobile Phone Technician - Chip Level

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mobile Phone Technician (Chip-Level Expert) to join our team at Shaheen Al Karama Trading LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile phones, tablets, and smart gadgets, including advanced chip-level repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in smartphones, tablets and smart-gadgets.
• Perform chip-level repairs, including IC replacement, soldering, board-level diagnostics, and micro-soldering.
• Handle common repairs such as screen, battery, and charging port replacements, as well as water damage treatment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues such as flashing, unlocking, and OS installation.
• Repair and service tablets, smartwatches, and other smart gadgets as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and turnaround time.
• Ensure all repairs meet company quality and performance standards.
• Provide technical assistance and professional advice to customers.
• Keep up to date with the latest smartphone technologies, tools, and repair methods.
