Mobile Technician - Allied Products

• Conduct routine inspections of batteries stored in the warehouse

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Identifying and resolving issues related to battery performance and operation

• Explain battery uses and maintenance clearly to customers

• Maintain accurate records of batteries maintenance activities, testing results, and equipment conditions

• Ability to diagnose issues with battery and battery related systems

• Ensure that Company procedures are adhered to while handling customers

• Providing training and guidance to other team members and customers on proper battery handling and maintenance procedures

• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines related to battery storage, handling, and disposal

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent certification

• Strong understanding of electrical principles and safety protocols

• Good communication skills and ability to provide clear explanations to customers regarding battery maintenance and repair procedures

• Preferred at least 2 years of experience in the battery-related field

• Must have a good command of the English Language and Arabic is preferable

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications

• Target industry (Market related Battery)

• UAE Driving License required
