Mobile Phone Technician - Male Arabic

We are looking for a well experienced and skilled Arabic Male Mobile Technician :

- Analysis and troubleshooting mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues

- Replace or repair damaged components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, and buttons

- Use analytic tools and software to accurately determine problems

- Competently disassemble and reassemble mobile devices, avoiding damage

- Carefully test repaired devices to ensure all functions work correctly

- Maintain an inventory of replacement parts, tools, and supplies

- Perform quality control checks to meet industry standards and ensure customer satisfaction

- Keep careful records of repairs, including work performed, parts used, and customer information

- Stay updated on the latest mobile device models, technologies, and repair techniques

- Proficiency in mobile device diagnostics, repair, and troubleshooting

- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet repair deadlines

- Knowledge of mobile device hardware, operating systems, and software

- Non-smoker

- Must be currently residing in UAE.-

Experience:

• mobile technician/sales: 1 year (Preferred)
