Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our mobile repair and service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service industry operations—preferably in mobile repair or refurbishment—with proven skills in workflow optimization, resource management, and process improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution across repair and service functions.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
  • Track and analyze operational metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Workflow Optimization

  • Identify process bottlenecks and lead initiatives for automation, lean improvements, or workflow redesign.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, logistics, QC, sourcing) to enhance turnaround time and service quality.

Resource & Capacity Management

  • Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and inventory based on operational needs.
  • Forecast demand and ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet SLAs.

Quality & Compliance

  • Enforce compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure consistent service excellence.
  • Promote workplace safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement practices.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on KPIs, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights for strategic planning and business optimization.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams across departments (repair, logistics, QA, customer service).
  • Conduct regular reviews, set team objectives, and drive a culture of performance and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in multi-brand mobile repair or refurbishment operations.
  • Hands-on experience in mobile parts sourcing and vendor management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with operations management tools, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards.

Preferred Skills

  • Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.
  • Proven success in high-volume service operations management.
  • Understanding of safety and compliance standards in repair and refurbishment environments.
