Mobile Retail Sales Associate/ Phone technician

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting mobile devices, accessories, and related products
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and plans
• Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering technical support when needed
• Perform basic retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, and promotions
• Conduct product demos and educate customers on device features and usage tips
• Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or grocery store environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math calculations
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services confidently
• Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and inventory management techniques
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
