Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary

The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site installation, repair, and maintenance services for equipment, devices, or systems at customer locations. This role requires strong technical skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently while working in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment or systems.
• Install new equipment and ensure proper configuration, calibration, and user setup.
• Respond to service requests within assigned territory and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all service activities, including repair details, parts used, and time reports, using company systems.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and best practices.
• Ensure service vehicle is stocked with necessary tools, parts, and safety equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, compliance standards, and company guidelines.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers regarding job status and service updates.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma preferred.
• Proven experience in field service, equipment repair, or a related technical role.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, or electronic troubleshooting skills (industry-specific skills can be added).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required by the job.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
