Mobile Technician

We are hiring for skilled professionals who identify and repair issues related to mobile technology, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops. As certified mobile technicians, they are required to provide troubleshooting and support to resolve the mobile operating issues of customers.

Provide advanced installation, tacking, and support for mobile devices and their respective management systems. Provide guidance and support for the Technical Support Specialist (TSS) and Technical Resource Teacher (TRT) position in regards to mobile devices.
