
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) or equipment at client sites or service centers.
- Perform software installations, updates, and data recovery.
- Replace hardware components such as screens, batteries, and motherboards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Travel to customer locations as needed and manage service calls efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Electronics, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a mobile/device technician or field service technician.
- Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (Android, iOS, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
